We wanted to share an update on our little family. All three pets were adopted from HSCC!

The first dog we adopted from HSCC is Chonks, formerly China. She came into our lives in June 2019. She is the sweetest, softest, *thiccest* girl who is happy to be a couch potato or play with her little brother in the back yard. Her legs may be stumpy, but she is still able to keep up with him!

Beef Supreme (formerly Finch of the "bird dog" puppies), came home with us in October 2023. Since they were adopted, we’ve taken Beef to dog parks to meet up two of his sisters: Maven (formerly Raven) and Stevie (formerly Starling).

Finally, little Turnip (now named Ongo Gablogian), brother of Rutabaga, Cassava, Parsnip, and Radish, came home with us in February of this year. While he is still very small compared to our large dogs, Ongo loves playing with Beef, who is quite gentle and lets Ongo go nuts on his face. All three of them can be found cuddling and sleeping together. Our hearts are full!
