Special Considerations:
We know that many of our neighbors are feeling uncertainty and fear as concerns rise around the possibility of increased immigration enforcement in our community.
When people are struggling or afraid, it means that their pets may be at risk, too.
HSCC's doors are open to everyone, and we are committed to helping keep pets with the people who love them.
If you or someone you know needs aid, please reach out to us. Our help is confidential.
Free pet food and supplies are available through our Community Pet Food Shelf; we also provide access to affordable veterinary care through our Community Pet Clinic, and may be able to provide temporary housing for companion animals separated from their loved ones. We are actively working on expanding these resources to serve the needs of pets & their people.
We are grateful to be part of such a humane and caring community that looks out for its neighbors (and their pets).
