Focused on Wellness. Committed to Your Pet.
Wellness services are available at 57 N Champlain St in Burlington, the Community Pet Clinic's Old North End location.
The Community Pet Clinic focuses on accessible preventive and wellness care for dogs and cats, providing essential veterinary services to help pets stay healthy and catch potential concerns early.
Please note: As a community clinic with limited equipment, staffing, and resources, there are some conditions we are not equipped to safely diagnose or treat, including chronic conditions and medical emergencies. Our goal is never simply to turn a pet away. When your pet's needs are beyond what we can safely provide, we will help explain why additional care is needed and, whenever possible, guide you toward an appropriate veterinary resource.
